Bank Note Detector
PhotoPound is the only (table,
portable, motorized) “checker” of English Bank Notes
from £5 to £50 AND European Bank Notes from 5 to 500
Euro in a few seconds.
Checks the presence of the original safety thread.
Decodes the magnetic codes, unique to each
denomination of bank-note.
Indicates a good note by a led, a beep and, on the
screen, the confirmed note value gives you the
opportunity to refuse the suspect payment and so
protects your cash.

Operation
Power supply: through transformer or portable using internal
batteries (rechargeable).
Automatic insertion of banknote to transport slide.
Banknote orientation on the longer side, in one of the four
possible positions.
Display of the note value checked, or “ repetition ”.
Sound signal to confirm the identification.
Warning of exhausted battery.
Position and Orientation
Photopound can operate resting on a surface, or be fixed to
the wall by means of a specific kit.
In both cases, the banknote does not fall as it is held by
the automatic transport system. |
