Archive Film Retrieval of
35mm and 16mm optical and magnetic film tracks
The Sondor Chase Film Retrieval modification is
available for existing OMA S film transports or as
complete new reproducers. It is designed especially
to play shrunken, warped vinegar syndrome archive
master 35mm and 16mm magnetic and optical tracks.
The features are increased film tension, undersize
sprocket drive and pressure rollers, enabling
previously unplayable archive film tracks to be
replayed and re-recorded.
Up to six magnetic tracks is standard and the
optical replay features both white light and Red
LED.
